Work

Scale isn't one project.
It's rhythm.

Telling the story of a single campaign is easy. The hard part is running production for dozens of brands at the same quality, month after month. That's where an agency's real work shows.

The film made for the institution's centenary. Telling a hundred years of a national public institution in a single film shows how far the agency's production work has come.

How we work

Every brand, every month, the same cycle.

These six steps start over every month. Not a line that speeds up for campaign season, but production that never stops.

  1. 01

    Planning

Next month's content plan is built around the brand calendar and the key dates in its sector.

  2. 02

    Approval

The plan goes to the brand for sign-off before anything is published. Expectations are settled before production starts.

  3. 03

    Shoot

Shoot days are scheduled and filmed on location by our own crew. No outside suppliers.

  4. 04

    Editing and design

Video editing, graphic design and copy are finished within the same team.

  5. 05

    Second approval

Finished content goes to the brand as one batch; revisions are closed out at this stage.

  6. 06

    Publishing and measurement

Scheduled with date, time, platform and caption; performance is reported after it goes live.

Outside the cycle, all the time

  • Daily monitoring and optimization of ad accounts
  • Comment and message management
  • Monthly performance report
  • Website and SEO maintenance
Per brand

Standard monthly output.

The volume below isn't a campaign period — it's one month for one brand. It goes up depending on the package.
